Startimes offers a Digital terrestrial form of broadcast in Nigeria. Star TV Network is a collaboration between NTA StarTimes of China. Unlike most other pay TV services in Nigeria except perhaps GOTV subscribing to StarTimes service requires no satellite dish, no installation cost, no whether disturbances.
StarTimes has two types of decoder, the T2 decoder and the HD decoder. One thing about StarTimes is you don’t need to find an installer and pay installation cost, it is just plug and play. this decoder uses an Antenna in place of a dish which is cheaper.
